Three case reports of HIV transmission to babies when their HIV-infected caregivers pre-chewed the babies' food. (...)
There was likely to have been blood mixed with the saliva, which provides biologic plausibility for transmission through feeding the kids through this method. (...)

We do think it is a rare situation. The fact is that we've had three cases in a decade that have been reported.
